Cerita aku post Valentine's Day

Masa Valentine's Day yang lepas, aku pegi panjat Gunung Datuk kat Rembau dengan one of my bff (best friend forever), Fairuz a.k.a. R.... So, what happened to me for the past 11 days. This also the first cycle to feature 2 black contestant as a Finalist. Cycle 3 has 14 contestants and the 1st cut saw the girls battling it out at Jamaica to do the Bikini shoot. Eva acted in The Young and The Restless. Yaya acted in a movie along Antonio Banderas. Amanda still model and not blind yet (mmm). Ann did lots of print works. Norelle, Nicole, Cassie, Kelle, Jennipher, Kristi, Leah, Magdalena, Julie - stopped modelling. Toccara - has been featured in Vogue Italia. You go girl!

Modelville: ANTM Cycle 2!

Cycle 2 returns. Best nya. This time ada Asian contestant, April Wilkner dari Florida of japanese-american blood. April was so exotic. She even had a hunky boyfriend. Love her so much. Cycle 2 started on air kat US in Jan 2004 with a new tagline 'They are all gorgeous, but only one has what it takes.' Siapa lagi kalau bukan Yoanna. My all-time favourite ANTM winner and contestant. She's soooooooooo stunning. So gorgeous. So prettttttttyy! This time around ada 12 contestant.

The winner:
The girls went to Milan, Italy. The girls went for go-sees in motorbikes with hot Italian hunks. How cute! Yoanna won a contract with IMG Models, a fashion spread in Jane magazine, and cosmetic campaign with Sephora. Yoanna actually the oldest to win the title at 23 yo.


The losers:

Anna (the 1st to get eliminated. 1st plus size girl of ANTM history. A mum. Dia tak nak bogel, hence, she was kicked out. Too bad mama). Bethany (the busty contestant. She looks more like porn star than a model). Heather (3rd to get the cut. She's just so dull.) Jenascia (the girl who's overslept. She looked dazed and confused and too short for the industry). Xiomara (remember the picture where she looked like walrus wearing chiffon. That was an ugly pic.) Catie (the girl who is condemned for her hooker style dress.) Sara (the most heart-wrenching elimination. She deserved to stay rather than Camille). Camille (the bitchiest contestant of this Cycle. This is my signature walk, and it's the walk that's going to make me famous. Ayoo.. Very the statement. But i love her). April (overanalytical. Too bad, she's fierce. Plus, she fancied Nigel.) Shandi (the quirkiest contestant in this cycle). Mercedes (the underdog lupus contestant.)

Yoanna turned TV host. Mercedes is a spokesperson for Lupus foundation. Shandi left the industry. April pursued acting. Camille launched her own lingerie line called Lingeriewear. She strutted her 'famous' catwalk at some major runways. Sara did some print work for L'Oreal. Catie is now based in LA. Xiomara signed with Boss Models. Jenascia - back to be Hooters' girls. Heather - lost in oblivion and so were Bethany and Anna.
